Issues With Online Study Room Booking?

We've recently received some complaints about our new online study room booking system. We are listening and always trying to improve our services, thank you very much for taking the time to comment!

Comment: “… sometimes the rooms are free but you still can’t use them.”

Response: If everyone in a group has used their maximum booking limits, and a room is free, you can go to the front desk and tell staff it's empty. Library Staff will override the booking system and book the group in.

Comment: “Don’t really like the online room booking system too complicated.”

Response: If you are finding the online system too complicated, please feel free to stop in to the library and chat with a staff member, we would be happy to help or give us a call at 1-866-460-4430.
