Saskatchewan Polytechnic’s Policy and Procedure Statement 117 - Use of Copyrighted Materials provides an overall statement on the use of copyrighted materials. Two guidelines are related to this policy, the Saskatchewan Polytechnic Copying Guidelines and Fair Dealings Guidelines. They provide guidance on how to apply the Policy.
