Description:

  • Each student can have 2 active bookings at a time. You may book a space up to one week in advance. Once your first booking has expired, you can make a new one. 
  • Bookings are a maximum of 2 hours. If you need longer than 2 hours (or are writing an exam that requires more time) please speak to library staff at the front desk.
  • If your group does not show up within 15 minutes of their booking, the room can be given to another group. The new group may continue to use the room even if the original group arrives late.
  • Room capacity is listed in brackets next to the room number.
  • Use your Sask Polytech email address to book the room (@saskpolytech.ca)
  • White board markers are available at the front desk.
  • Group study rooms include white boards and Smart TV monitors that you can connect to.
  • We encourage you to cancel your booking if you are unable to make it.

Terms and conditions:

  • Permitted users: Our study room bookings are restricted to current Saskatchewan Polytechnic students and staff members. If you are not a member of the Sask Polytech community and would like to use one of our study rooms, please consult with library staff.
  • Food and drink: Users are permitted to eat and drink in study rooms, but we ask that you be careful when eating or drinking around library-owned technology. We appreciate it when you clean up after yourself.
  • Noise policy: There is no policy regarding noise, but we ask that users remain respectful of others using the library by keeping noise and disruptions to a minimum.
  • Booking hours: Study rooms can only be booked during the library’s opening hours.

Note: This booking calendar can only be used to book the study room after 3 p.m. on weekdays. If you would like to use this study room before 3 p.m. on weekdays, please visit the administration area next to the library OR by emailing princealbert.roombookings@saskpolytech.ca
